CMC-KUHNKE to Open New Technical Center

CMC-KUHNKE, Inc recently announced plans to expand its facility in Albany, New York to create the nation's first can measurement technical center. As part of CMC-KUHNKE's commitment to measurement excellence, work has begun on the new facility, located next to CMC-KUHNKE's Albany Office.
The CMC-KUHNKE Technical Center will host a variety of training courses tailored to provide education on both CMC-KUHNKE's equipment as well as the principles of double seam and can measurement. The courses will include training on CMC-KUHNKE's Visionary QCTM SPC Software at beginner and intermediate levels, as well as a variety of courses on double seam inspection and can measurement.
In addition to providing training programs, the new Technical Center will offer can testing, measurement, and calibration services. This will include the capacity to evaluate many facets of food, beverage, and aerosol cans and ends as well as extensive double seam measurement capabilities.
CMC-KUHNKE will also be opening up the doors of the Technical Center for any customers wishing to come and observe some of our latest measurement solutions - Including the SEAMscan XTS - X-ray Tightness Scanner , the revolutionary new gauge for non-destructive double seam measurement.
The CMC-KUHNKE Technical Center is due to officially open April 2, 2012.
