Use the mouse to control this Video measurement system for Compound Placement at the cut and bent curl of Can Ends. The end is cut with a special Curl and Bend Cutting Device, the curl is bent and put on a fixture. The Compound Placement may then be measured with 2 vertical lines with the mouse on the monitor.
Magnified approximately 50 times, compound placement is clearly visable either on the video monitor or computer screen. The Compound Placement Monitor eliminates eye strain, and increases accuracy.
Images of the Seaming Compound may be viewed on the large video monitor, digitally shown on a computer screen, or even projected onto a large presentation screen. Operator training has never been so easy! Trainers see exactly where the operator measures the side seam, and can offer suggestions or simply discuss what they are seeing.
The Compound Placement Monitor is also available for use as a stand-alone inspection station. Printouts may be made using a serial printer.
