The Digital Film Weight Gauge works with fixed and free references for different types of lacquer. The film weight reading and the lacquer type number are displayed on the LED screen. Values may be sent to the computer via the integrated RS232 computer interface, or may be printed to a serial printer.
The tabular formatted printed report contains information about the line, the lacquer type, the film weight measurements, as well as the horizontal and vertical measurement positions of the individual sample. Minimum, maximum and the mean values of the film weight measurement series is also printed along with date and time.
