Most auto S.E.A.M.scan SPC Systems for Beverage Cans are equipped with one of our sophisticated digital Double Seam Scopes. The Beverage S.E.A.M. Imager is a high-resolution digital vision microscope specifically designed to produce crystal clear images Double Seams on Beverage Cans.


Simply place a can which has been cut with one of our Double Seam Saws into the patented beverage can table*, and the specially designed seam scope automatically positions the Double Seam so that it is in focus every time. Use either a USB Image Capture device or a PCI Image Capture device to display the Double Seam image on a computer screen where it can be automatically measured with our auto S.E.A.M.view software.

More rugged and reliable than conventional lamps, the Beverage S.E.A.M. Imager uses a solid-state monochromatic light source which is designed for up to 5 years of 24 hour operation. Chromatic distortion is eliminated, permitting optimum Can Seam images. with quick and easy operator adjustments of can position, contrast and brightness.
