Modern "light-weighted" Cans and smaller Double Seams are harder than the ever to measure consistantly with a Can Seam Micrometer. Make it easy for operators to feel confident in their double seam measurements, regardless of their seaming experience, with the solid, fixture-based design and consistent measurement pressure of the S.E.A.M. Height Gauge.
The only difference between the S.E.A.M. Height Gauge and the Can Seam Micrometer is that the S.E.A.M. Height Gauge always measures at the same pressure, and at the same angle; no matter who is using it.
All double seam measurements may be transferred to a computer database automatically – saving time, and eliminating data entry errors.
The S.E.A.M. Height Gauge is available for use with SPC Database Software, or as a
stand-alone gauging unit, with a digital readout.
